Since 2012, William Garland (Bill) McBrayer IV has been obsessively researching the life and legacy of a long lost relative: William Harrison (W.H.) McBrayer, one of Kentucky Bourbon's most influential early distillers. Bill's passion for uncovering as much as possible about W.H. McBrayer and his family's Kentucky roots led him to embark on his own spirits journey through McBrayer Legacy Spirits, the company he established to re-introduce a new generation of Bourbon enthusiasts to "The Judge of Good Whiskey."

With hundreds of historic artifacts, pictures and documents to reference, Bill knew that the story of W.H. McBrayer and the McBrayer family's Bourbon legacy was just waiting to be told—and I was thrilled to help take the lead. Through my ongoing partnership with Onefold, I was honored to shine a light on the rich history of W.H. McBrayer and how McBrayer Legacy Spirits came to be.
